They are known for innovation and one of the main company missions is to establish lasting team relationships with customers, specifiers and suppliers through providing balustrade solutions in a reliable, principled and honest manner. From time to time, the marketing team at Sapphire Balconies needs a hand to help them build and maintain these long-lasting connections. And this is what Marketing Essentials Lab is tasked to do.

The Outcome

In order to help Sapphire Balconies build and maintain lasting team relationships with customers, specifiers and suppliers, our team has created various campaigns to help them reach their goals. One such campaign has been to create different digital solutions including a Lunch & Learn email series on Fire Safety. 

For this campaign, the team at Marketing Essentials Lab researched the topic and broke down the most essential information related to regulations, compliance, requirements of the Building Safety Bill, BS8579 and the opinions of various industry leaders. We created five informative emails meant to educate and inform Sapphire’s target audience. We also helped them automate the system so that those who signed up for the series would get one email a day for the next five days, so that they could learn at their own pace.
