Kloeckner Metals UK wanted to engage their employees, inspire them to take advantage of their various employee development programmes and build a great culture within the company. In order to do so, they wanted us to create a custom strategy highlighting various employee initiatives and success stories to inform and inspire their employees.
At Marketing Essentials Lab we helped them create a strategy for social media and their company blog revolving around various company initiatives and employee success stories. We also used the company blog to give employees the opportunity to talk about their journey at Kloeckner and how they used various development programmes offered by the company to grow within the company.
Through such targeted campaigns, we encouraged employees to participate in various initiatives and share their journey on their personal social media handles. One such notable campaign was around Movember, where the employees committed to growing their moustaches to raise awareness on men’s health issues. They also shared pictures of their moustaches on social media and took part in the special quiz we created on the subject.
