The Mission

Amazon Pay India wanted to launch its individual social media presence. They were looking for a marketing agency to help them identify the right social media platform for them and create a strategy for the page. They also needed the agency to help them plan and execute campaigns for their target audience. That’s when they approached the team at Marketing Essentials Lab. 

The Outcome

We at Marketing Essentials Lab helped Amazon Pay India create an overall communication strategy and identified the right platform for them, based on their goals and the audience they wanted to target. We also set KPIs for the channel and mapped out a scientific strategy, using a mix of organic posts and paid ads to help them meet their KPIs. Once the Amazon Pay team got buy-in from their management team, we got to work setting up Amazon Pay India’s LinkedIn channel. 

We identified content pillars that would resonate with their target audience and started creating content for the page.
